This program is ideal for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders who want to strengthen their leadership skills while learning alongside peers in a collaborative and confidential environment.

Participants explore essential leadership topics including organizational culture, motivation, effective communication, accountability, and authentic leadership through presentations and facilitated discussions.

Each cohort includes between 10 and 20 participants, allowing for meaningful discussion while providing diverse perspectives and experiences.

The core curriculum is designed around proven leadership principles, while discussions and examples can be tailored to address your organization’s unique challenges and goals.

Participants leave with practical leadership tools, topic-specific resource guides, greater self-awareness, and actionable strategies they can immediately apply within their organizations.

Program length can be customized to meet your organization’s needs. Sessions are designed to provide meaningful learning, discussion, and application while accommodating busy leadership schedules.

Although this program is most commonly facilitated through an in-person engagement, the Group Executive Mentorship program can be delivered in person, virtually, or through a hybrid format, depending on your organization’s preferences and location.

Unlike traditional training that focuses primarily on instruction, group mentorship combines expert facilitation with peer learning, discussion, and real-world application. Participants benefit from shared experiences, diverse perspectives, and ongoing accountability that reinforce lasting leadership growth.
